The objective of this assignment was to write about our personal Leadership Philosophy's.  In this paper, I wrote about my own style of leadership in addition to how I want to lead both now and in the future.

Throughout this course, each student was assigned a virtual mentor, where we individually kept in contact with our mentor via e-mail.  The objective of this assignment was to learn in depth about leadership from the viewpoint of our mentor experience.  My virtual mentor was Billie Otto, and I gained lots of advice from her which I have documented in this assignment.

This assignment consists of an analysis and two action plans.  Prior to this assignment, I had three observers fill out surveys about myself.  In addition, I also filled out a self-survey, and then turned in all four surveys to Kristi Tyran.  The following class period, Kristi generated an SLPI Report.  The objective of this Leadership Practice Skills Plan and Analysis paper was to write an analysis of how we scored on the SLPI report, how we ranked in each leadership practice and why we believed we received each score.  In addition to our overall analysis of the five leadership practices, we were also instructed to write two action plans for our weakest leadership practices.  Through reflection and insight, I have documented a detailed analysis of my scores for the five leadership practices, what I believe these scores mean about myself, and two action plans for improving my weaknesses.

This assignment consists of an analysis, career goals and a visioning article about myself in the future.  The objective of my second Leadership Skill Plan and Analysis paper is similar to my first.  I had a whole new set of observers surveys, which generated a new SLPI report.  Like my first LSPA, I assessed my Leadership Practices based on this second report, along with my own personal observations, and recorded my insights and progress into my analysis.  I then wrote about my career, personal and relationship goals for the future.  Lastly, I concluded the assignment with a 1000 word article visioning me in 2027.
